3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership Before Payment

Until full payment is received, all deliverables (designs, code, content, animations, etc.) remain the sole property of Devnix.

3.2 Ownership After Payment

Once full payment has been made, intellectual property rights for final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Revisions and Feedback

Most projects include a fixed number of revisions (typically 2–3) as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Timely feedback is required to maintain project timelines.

5. Payments and Billing

• A deposit or upfront payment may be required before the project begins
• Payment terms (milestones, due dates, etc.) will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice
• Late payments may incur interest or service suspension
• All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the creative and digital nature of our work, refunds are typically not provided once work has commenced. However:

• If a project is cancelled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued
• If a project is terminated mid-way, only the completed portion will be invoiced or refunded, depending on the progress

All refund requests must be made in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, financial data, or unreleased content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Devnix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Delays in project delivery
• Loss of data
• Technical failures
• Performance of third-party tools or platforms

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, CMS, email marketing platforms) as part of your project. You agree to their terms and understand that we are not responsible for their performance or security.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate services at any point in writing. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

11. Modification

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
